Rob brings a wealth of experience and a unique perspective to his immigration law practice. After earning his law degree from Arizona State University, he spent two years as a public defender in Navajo County, AZ, where he advised clients on immigration issues related to criminal convictions. This experience gave him a strong foundation in navigating the intersection of criminal law and immigration law.
For nearly a decade, Rob worked for the Department of Homeland Security, gaining an in-depth understanding of how DHS and ICE operate. This invaluable experience allows him to strategically leverage his knowledge of government processes to achieve the best possible outcomes for his clients. With a focus on immigration courts in Eloy and Florence, where he has spent most of his career, Rob is well-versed in the nuances of these courts and is dedicated to fighting for his clients in those venues. He also handles cases in Phoenix, Tucson, and immigration courts across the country, as well as before USCIS. Rob learned to speak Spanish by living in Oaxaca, Mexico before he attended college. Outside of his legal practice, he enjoys spending time with his wife and five children, and is passionate about outdoor activities and watching Arizona State University football. |
